The crew app
BLT for iPhone, built for someone standing on a slab with one free hand. Deliberately not a small version of the desk.
Four tabs and a plus button. If a crew learns the plus button and the clock, everything else follows.

Photos and analysis
The orange + in the middle of the tab bar is the most important control in the app. Four choices: Take photos — several stack into one post, up to ten — From library, Record video, and Video from library.
Every still photo is read automatically within a minute or so, with no tap required. A card appears on the post headed @BLT · SITE READ with a sentence about what it saw, the phase it thinks you’re in, and any flags for safety, code or quality.
Asking for a full analysis
Under that card sit three chips — Safety Code Quality — headed “Something look off? Run a full analysis.”
Tap one and it asks what’s worrying you. Worth answering; it goes into the analysis. What comes back is a proper read: a severity, findings with recommendations, and whether the issue was put in front of anyone. The same thing is available on the desk under any photo.
The clock
One big button: PUNCH IN to start, PUNCH OUT to finish, with Break and Lunch tracking unpaid time in between.
Punching out brings up a day summary where you can nudge your in and out times in fifteen-minute steps if they’re off, and type a line under “What got done?”. It takes five seconds and it’s the difference between a timesheet and a record.
Past days are read-only in the app. If a day’s wrong, the office fixes it on the desk.
Receipts
Snap receipt and the vendor and total are read off the photo. Check what it found, then it asks for a photo of what you actually bought — worth doing, it ties the money to the job — and then you file it. If the reader struggles, there’s always No receipt? Enter it by hand.
Tasks and questions
Anything assigned to you appears on Home and Schedule, and all of it collects in the queue behind the bell icon. Two buttons on each: Done, or Can’t, which asks why in one line. Say why — it’s how the system stops asking for the wrong things.
The indigo circle bottom-right opens @blt. Ask anything about the job in plain English — how much has gone on concrete, what the crew did yesterday, what’s left before inspection. You can attach a photo to the question too.
