Where things happen

The lookup table for “which screen was that on?”, an honest account of what the agent does, and what is not built yet.

The most common confusion is looking for something in the wrong place.

What @blt does

Worth being precise about, because the honest version is more useful than the demo version.

Today

It does: read every photo as it lands; answer questions about the job; run full safety, code and quality analyses when asked; draft a week when you press the button; and propose changes to budgets, plans and expenses as cards you approve.

It doesn’t: chase people on its own. Noticing nobody posted a photo today, nudging a sub who hasn’t confirmed, flagging an overrun before you look — that side is built but switched off by default, and stays off until a company turns it on deliberately. Nobody wants software texting their crew until it’s earned that.

Proposals, not silent edits

Ask @blt to change something and it won’t just do it. It draws the change on a card showing what it would do, what it’s based on, and a before-and-after — with the fields still editable. Nothing moves until you press Apply. If it ever claims to have changed something without showing you a card, that’s a bug.

Known limitations

Current as of this release. Listed so you don’t spend time hunting for something that isn’t there.

What you’ll noticeWhy
The weather column is blankNo forecast source is connected yet. The board shows a dash rather than guessing.
Email sign-in doesn’t workPhone number is the only supported way in. The email door is a leftover.
No back button on the code screenIf you mistype your number, close the app and reopen it.
The app forgets which job you pickedIt returns to your first job on a cold start. Check the job name at the top before posting.
Only the first photo of a post shows a readAll stills are analysed, but only the first one’s result is displayed and only it takes the analysis chips. Post shots separately if each matters.
Videos aren’t analysedStills only, for now.
Hours have no approval stepPunches post straight to the timesheet. Review means looking at the grid and correcting it.
