Yes, on one project at a time. Full four-number ledger, receipts, purchase requests, the weekly settle, crew portal, time and attendance, the photo feed, subcontractors, comments, offline capture, and every BLT AI capability. There is no trial clock and no feature that switches off on day 15. The limit is one concurrent project — when you need a second one running at the same time, that is when you pay us.

Every expense, photo, approval, clock-in and budget change writes to a live event stream. BLT reads that stream continuously and speaks up twice: at 6 a.m. with the recap, and the moment a number stops making sense. It always states a fact, shows the arithmetic behind it, and offers exactly one thing to do. It does not move money, approve an expense, change a Baseline, or reject a receipt. The manager has final authority on every decision, and the change log records who made it.

You can. Turn off the recaps and the flags and BLT is a straight ledger, a receipt log, a time clock and a photo feed — every number still rolls up from real transactions. Most people leave receipt OCR on even when they turn everything else off, because typing eleven line items off a lumber ticket is nobody’s idea of a Friday.

The PM logs expenses through the week as they happen. On close day the manager works the queue: approve, reassign to another phase, flag for a question, or reject. Flagged items roll forward with their thread attached. Then the manager closes the week and BLT generates a settlement summary that splits the two rails — company card charges, which are already paid and only need reconciling, and out-of-pocket spend, which becomes one wire per person. The manager sends the transfer, records the amount and the reference number, and locks the period. Locked actuals stop moving. The number you reported Friday is the number that is still there Monday.

Downgrade and nothing is deleted. Projects beyond your new limit go read-only — still open, still searchable, still exportable, just not accepting new entries until you free a slot or move back up. Cancel and you have 30 days to pull everything: full CSV export of the ledger, expenses, time entries and change log, plus a media archive of every photo and receipt image at original resolution. It is your jobsite record. We hand it back whole.
