How do I reset my password?+
Go to app.getblt.ai, tap "Log In," then choose "Forgot Password." Enter your email and we'll send a reset link. Field crew members who sign in via OTP don't have passwords — just enter your phone number each time.
How do I delete my account?+
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the mobile app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. On web, go to Account Settings → Delete Account. You can also request account deletion by emailing support@getblt.ai — we'll process the request within 7 days. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.
The mobile app won't load photos from my jobsite+
BLT works offline on purpose — photos are queued locally and uploaded when you have signal. If photos still aren't uploading after you're back on Wi-Fi, check: (1) Settings → Storage has enough space, (2) the app has Camera & Photos permission, (3) you're signed into the right org. If that doesn't fix it, send us a message below and include your device model and iOS/Android version.
How does billing work?+
The Starter plan is free forever for one project. Builder and Studio plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically — cancel anytime from Account Settings, with no prorated refunds. Mobile app subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store are managed through your Apple ID. See pricing for details.
How do I invite my crew?+
From your project, open the Crew Portal and tap "Add Member." Enter their phone number and role. They'll get an SMS with a one-time passcode to sign in — no password needed. Message and data rates may apply; they can reply STOP to opt out of SMS.
Can I stop receiving text messages?+
Yes. Reply STOP to any SMS from BLT and you'll be unsubscribed immediately. Reply HELP for help. Keep in mind, if you're a crew member who signs in via OTP, you'll need SMS on to log in. Standard message and data rates may apply.
How do I export my project data?+
On web, go to any project → Settings → Export. You can download budget data (CSV), photos (ZIP), and reports (PDF). If you need a full data export for backup or migration, email support@getblt.ai and we'll prepare a complete archive.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We run on SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure. Photos and project data are private to your organization — we never share them with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
I found a bug — how do I report it?+
Use the form on this page and choose "Bug Report" as the category. Include: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, your device/browser, and a screenshot or video if you can. The more detail the better — it helps us reproduce and fix faster.
